IMPORTANT INFORMATION;
• Cumulative Grade Point Averages of the students used in the evaluation process were included in accordance with the data taken by the Student Registration Affairs Department and GPA of Spring Term 2022-2023 has been taken into consideration.
• The waiver right of the students who are entitled to join the program is reserved until February 2nd 2024, Friday till the end of workday provided that they apply with a “Waiver Petition”.
• The students who decide to waive their rights with the “Waiver Petition” until February 2nd 2024, Friday will not be subject to any points deduction in the next sessions' Erasmus program applications.
• In case the mobility right is waived without a force majeure after the date mentioned above, in the next year's Erasmus program application of the candidate, -10 points will be deducted over the Erasmus score.
• Acceptance/Invitation Letters that are going to be used within the scope of mobility must be delivered to the International Relations Directorate by 15th of March 2024, Friday.
If the candidates in the main list do not submit an acceptance/invitation letter until 15th of March 2024, Friday, the available quota will be provided for the candidates who are able to bring acceptance/invitation letters, regardless of the difference between the main list and reserve list.
*The letter of acceptance must have a letterhead of the host institution and should include open internship dates which have to last minimum 2 months. (Example:01/07/2024-01/09/2024)

**The letter of acceptance must be signed and sealed.
***While the traineeship dates are determined, the official holidays of the country must be taken into account. (Duration must be minimum 60 days minimum.)
Regarding the processes to be followed within the scope of the Erasmus+ Traineeships Mobility Program, a face-to-face meeting will be held on Friday, February 2nd 2024 at 15:30 with the candidates who are in the main and reserve list.
The place of the meeting will be announced at the announcements section of erasmus.istinye.edu.tr on January 30th 2024.

Erasmus+ Staj Hareketliliği yerleştirme sonuçları için lütfen tıklayınız.
ÖNEMLİ BİLGİLENDİRMELER;
• Değerlendirme işleminde kullanılan genel not ortalamaları, Öğrenci İşleri Daire Başkanlığı’mızdan alınan 2022-2023 akademik yılı bahar dönemi verilerdir.
• Hak kazanan öğrencilerimizin 2 Şubat 2024 Cuma günü mesai bitimine kadar ‘’feragat dilekçesi’’ ile hareketlilikten vazgeçme hakları saklıdır.
• Hareketlilikten çeşitli nedenler ile faydalanmayacak olup 2 Şubat 2024 tarihine kadar Feragat Dilekçesi ile hakkından vazgeçen öğrencilerimizden bir sonraki dönem Erasmus programı başvurularında herhangi bir puan kesintisi uygulanmaz.
• Yukarıda belirtilen tarih sonrasında mücbir bir sebep olmaksızın hareketlilikten vazgeçilmesi halinde adayın bir sonraki yıl Erasmus programı başvurusunda Erasmus puanı üzerinden -10 puan kesinti uygulanır.
• Hareketlilik kapsamında hak kazanmış olup başvuru sırasında kabul/davet Mektubu ibraz etmemiş öğrencilerimizin kabul/davet mektuplarını teslim etmesi için son tarih 15 Mart 2024, Cuma Günü mesai bitimidir.
15 Mart 2024 tarihine kadar asil listede yer alan adayların kabul/davet mektubu teslim edememesi durumunda kontenjan dahilinde asil-yedek liste farkı gözetmeksizin kabul/davet mektubu getiren adaylar için işlem yapılacaktır.
*Kabul mektubu, staj görülecek kuruma ait antetli kâğıtta minimum 2 ay süreli olacak şekilde açık staj tarihlerini içermelidir. (Örnek: 01/07/2024- 01/09/2024)

** Kabul mektubu imzalı/mühürlü olmalıdır.
*** Staj tarihlerinin gidilecek ülkenin resmî tatilleri göz önünde bulundurularak belirlenmesi gerekmektedir. (Süre toplam minimum 60 gün olmalıdır)
Erasmus+ Staj Hareketliliği Programı kapsamında takip edilecek süreçler hususunda, 2 Şubat 2024 Cuma Günü, saat 15:30’da asil ve yedek adaylar ile yüz yüze bir toplantı gerçekleştirilecektir.
Toplantı yeri 30 Ocak 2024 Salı günü erasmus.istinye.edu.tr uzantılı web sayfamızın duyurular kısmında duyurulacaktır.
