Dear Students,
In the event that our students who are entitled to attend the 2020-2021 Academic Year Student Mobily for Studies Program (main and reserve list) want to continue their procedures for the SPRING SEMESTER, they must fill in the form below and send it to erasmus@istinye.edu.tr on September 3, 2020, Thursday, until the end of the working day.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
* In the event that the pandemic continues and therefore the mobility cannot take place, the expenditures to be made (visas, transportation and accommodation purchases etc.) will not be evaluated within the scope of the force majeure.
In such case, all possible costs will be the student's own responsibility.
**In case the mobility is not actively carried out and/or in the event that the education is carried out online in the host institution, how to grant our students who will participate in the mobility will be announced separately by TURKISH NATIONAL AGENCY.
The online initiation of student mobility, its continuing online according to the course of the global pandemic and completing it online have been deemed appropriate by the EU Commission within the scope of COVID-19 measures.
Granting within these possibilities will be as follows:
1. If lessons are taken virtually in the country where the mobility will take place, the mobility will normally be granted.
2. In case the courses are taken virtually in TURKEY, the mobility will be considered eligible but the participant will not be granted within this mobility.
3. If the mobility is started in the country where the mobility will take place, it is completed through online education according to the course of the pandemic, the entire duration of the activity abroad will be granted, yet the online education period that took place in TURKEY will not be granted.
NOTE I: The rights of our students who are entitled and will not benefit from the Spring Term mobility for various reasons may be postponed until the end date of the spring term of next academic year (31.05.2022).
NOTE II: Students on the main list will be prioritized for postponed mobilities. If there is sufficient grant, the waiting list will be put into use.

Değerli Öğrencilerimiz,
2020-2021 Akademik yılı Bahar Dönemi Öğrenim Hareketliliği Programı kapsamında, hak kazanmış olan öğrencilerimizin (asil ve yedek liste) BAHAR DÖNEMİ için hareketlilikten faydalanmak istemesi durumunda, aşağıda yer alan formu doldurarak en geç 3 Eylül 2020, Perşembe mesai bitimine kadar erasmus@istinye.edu.tr uzantılı eposta adresine göndermesi gerekmektedir.
ÖNEMLİ NOTLAR:
*Pandeminin devam etmesi ve bundan dolayı hareketliliklerin gerçekleşememesi durumunda faaliyetler gerçekleştirilemeyeceği için yapılacak harcamalar (vize, ulaşım ve konaklama alımı vb.) mücbir sebep kapsamında değerlendirilmeyecektir.
Böyle bir durumda muhtemel tüm masraflar öğrencinin kendi sorumluluğunda olacaktır.
**Hareketliliklerin aktif olarak gerçekleştirilememesi ve/veya misafir olunacak kurumda eğitimin online olarak uzaktan gerçekleştirilmesi durumunda hareketliliğe katılacak öğrencilerimizin nasıl hibelendirileceği TÜRKİYE ULUSAL AJANSI tarafından aşağıdaki şekilde ilan edilmiştir.
Öğrenci hareketliliğinin online başlaması, küresel salgının seyrine göre online devam etmesi ve online tamamlanması AB Komisyonu tarafından COVID-19 tedbirleri kapsamında uygun kabul edilmiştir.
Bu ihtimallere ilişkin hibelendirme şu şekilde olacaktır:
1. Dersler sanal olarak hareketliliğin gerçekleştirileceği ülkede alınır ise hareketlilik normal olarak hibelendirilecektir.
2. Derslerin sanal olarak TÜRKİYE’ de alınması durumunda hareketlilik uygun kabul edilecektir ancak katılımcı bu hareketlilik kapsamında hibelendirilmeyecektir.
3. Hareketliliğe, hareketliliğin gerçekleştirileceği ülkede başlanması ancak pandeminin seyrine göre hareketliliğin online eğitim üzerinden tamamlanması durumunda, yurtdışında gerçekleştirilen faaliyet süresinin tamamı hibelendirilecektir, TÜRKİYE’de gerçekleştirilen online eğitim süresi hibelendirilmeyecektir.
NOT I: Hak kazanmış olup Bahar Dönemi hareketlilikten çeşitli sebeplerle faydalanmayacak olan öğrencilerimizin kazanılmış olan hakları bir sonraki akademik yılın bahar dönemi bitiş tarihine kadar (31.05.2022) ertelenebilecektir.
NOT II: Ertelenen hareketliliklerde asil listede yer alan öğrenciler önceliklendirilecektir. Yeterli hibe olması durumunda yedek liste devreye alınacaktır.
