Dear Students,
The Erasmus Study and Traineeship Mobility placement results have been announced on the Turna Portal.
• During the evaluation process, the general grade point average (GPA) at the end of the Spring semester of the 2023-2024 academic year was taken as the basis.
• Students on the waiting list may participate in the mobility program at their own expense as non-grant recipients.
• Students who have been awarded a place but are unable to participate in the mobility for various reasons have the right to withdraw from the program until the end of the business day on March 5, 2025. The vacant spots resulting from withdrawals will be filled in accordance with the rules stated in the announcement. Participants who withdraw after this date without a valid, unavoidable reason will incur a 10-point deduction in their next mobility application.
• For grant recipients under the Traineeship Mobility, the deadline to submit an acceptance/invitation letter (for those who did not provide one at the time of application) is set as March 21, 2025.
• If candidates on the main list fail to submit their acceptance/invitation letters by March 21, 2025, grant allocation will be processed for candidates who have provided the necessary documents, regardless of their main or waiting list status, within the available quota.
• An informative meeting for participants entitled to Study Mobility (both grant and non-grant recipients) will be held on February 28, 2025, at 10:00, Conference Hall V-123, Vadi H Campus.
• An informative meeting for participants entitled to Traineeship Mobility (both grant and non-grant recipients) will be held on February 28, 2025, at 15:00, in Conference Hall V-123, Vadi H Campus.

Değerli Öğrencilerimiz,
Erasmus Öğrenim ve Staj Hareketliliği yerleştirme sonuçları Turna Portal üzerinden ilan edilmiştir.
Değerlendirme sürecinde, 2023-2024 akademik yılı bahar dönemi sonunda oluşan genel not ortalaması esas alınmıştır.
Yedek listede bulunan öğrenciler, hibesiz olarak kendi imkânlarıyla hareketlilikten faydalanabilir.
Hak kazandığı hâlde çeşitli nedenlerle hareketlilikten faydalanamayacak öğrenciler, en geç 5 Mart 2025 mesai bitimine kadar feragat etme hakkına sahiptir. Feragat eden adaylardan boşalan kontenjan, ilan metninde belirtilen kurallar çerçevesinde yedek liste ile doldurulacaktır. Bu tarihten sonra, mücbir sebep olmaksızın hareketlilikten vazgeçen katılımcılar, bir sonraki hareketlilik başvurusunda -10 puan kesintiye tabi tutulacaktır.
Staj hareketliliği kapsamında, başvuru sırasında kabul/davet mektubu sunmayan hibeli öğrenciler için son teslim tarihi 21 Mart 2025 olarak belirlenmiştir.
21 Mart 2025 tarihine kadar asil listedeki adayların kabul/davet mektubu teslim edememesi durumunda, kontenjan dahilinde asil-yedek farkı gözetilmeksizin, mektup sunan adaylar için hibeli işlem uygulanacaktır.
Öğrenim Hareketliliği kapsamında hibeli ve hibesiz hak kazanan katılımcılar için 28 Şubat 2025, saat 10.00’da, Vadi H Yerleşkesi V-123 numaralı Konferans Salonunda bilgilendirme toplantısı düzenlenecektir.
Staj Hareketliliği kapsamında hibeli ve hibesiz hak kazanan katılımcılar için 28 Şubat 2025, saat 15.00’te, Vadi H Yerleşkesi V-123 numaralı Konferans Salonunda bilgilendirme toplantısı düzenlenecektir.
