ANNOUNCEMENT ON ERASMUS STUDENT MOBILITY FOR STUDIES
It had been announced that all academic exchange programs were stopped until further notice with the 4th article of the Council of Higher Education (YÖK)'s announcement dated March 13, 2020.

With the latest information sent to Higher Education Institutions, it has been announced that student selection and notification can be made to the host institution for the fall semester due to the possibility of mobility to start as planned according to the course of the pandemic.
However, it is emphasized that the actual start of the mobility will depend on the decisions of the national authorities in our country and other program countries.
In this respect;
In the event that our students who are entitled to attend the 2020-2021 Academic Year Student Mobily for Studies Program (main and reserve list) want to continue their procedures for the FALL SEMESTER, they must fill in the form below and send it to erasmus@istinye.edu.tr on June 12, 2020, until the end of the working day.

*Processes will be planned for mobilities of SPRING TERM as of SEPTEMBER according to the course of the pandemic.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
* In the event that the pandemic continues and therefore the mobility cannot take place, the expenditures to be made (visas, transportation and accommodation purchases etc.) will not be evaluated within the scope of the force majeure.
In such case, all possible costs will be the student's own responsibility.
**In case the mobility is not actively carried out and/or in the event that the education is carried out online in the host institution, how to grant our students who will participate in the mobility will be announced separately by TURKISH NATIONAL AGENCY.

The vested rights of our students who are entitled to attend mobility in the summer term are postponed to the post-pandemic period (2020-2021 Academic Year Summer Term), remaining within the project period.
ANNOUNCEMENT ON ERASMUS MOBILITY FOR DEHA'S MEDICAL CONSORTIUM
An announcement will be published by the Consortium Board of Directors regarding the candidates who have applied for the student mobility for traineeship within the scope of the DEHA’S Medical Consortium but have not been evaluated/selected yet.

ERASMUS PROGRAMI ÖĞRENİM HAREKETLİLİĞİ HAKKINDA DUYURU METNİ
Yükseköğretim Kurulu Başkanlığı’nın 13 Mart 2020 tarihli duyurusunun 4.maddesinde ikinci bir duyuruya kadar tüm akademik değişim programlarının durdurulduğu ilan edilmiş idi.

Yükseköğretim Kurumlarına gönderilen son bilgilendirme ile, Pandeminin seyrine göre hareketliliklerin planlandığı gibi başlama ihtimaline binaen güz dönemi için öğrenci seçim ve misafir olunan kuruma bildirim işlemlerinin yapabileceği duyurulmuştur.
Ancak hareketliliğin fiilen başlamasının, ülkemizdeki ve diğer program ülkelerindeki ulusal mercilerin kararlarına bağlı olacağı önemle vurgulanmıştır.
Bu kapsamda;
2020-2021 Akademik yılı Öğrenim Hareketliliği Programına hak kazanan öğrencilerimizin (asil ve yedek liste) GÜZ DÖNEMİ için işlemlerine devam etmek istemesi durumunda aşağıda yer alan formu doldurarak en geç 12 Haziran 2020 mesai bitimine kadar erasmus@istinye.edu.tr uzantılı eposta adresine göndermesi gerekmektedir.

*BAHAR DÖNEMİ hareketlilikleri için işlemler pandeminin seyrine göre EYLÜL ayı itibari ile planlanacaktır.
ÖNEMLİ NOTLAR:
*Pandeminin devam etmesi ve bundan dolayı hareketliliklerin gerçekleşememesi durumunda faaliyetler gerçekleştirilemeyeceği için yapılacak harcamalar (vize, ulaşım ve konaklama alımı vb.) mücbir sebep kapsamında değerlendirilmeyecektir.
Böyle bir durumda muhtemel tüm masraflar öğrencinin kendi sorumluluğunda olacaktır.
**Hareketliliklerin aktif olarak gerçekleştirilememesi ve/veya misafir olunacak kurumda eğitimin online olarak uzaktan gerçekleştirilmesi durumunda hareketliliğe katılacak öğrencilerimizin nasıl hibelendirileceği TÜRKİYE ULUSAL AJANSI tarafından ayrıca ilan edilecektir.
ERASMUS PROGRAMI STAJ HAREKETLİLİĞİ HAKKINDA DUYURU METNİ
Yaz dönemi için hak kazanan öğrencilerimizin kazanılmış hakları proje süresi içerisinde kalınacak şekilde pandemi sonrası döneme (2020-2021 Akademik Yılı Yaz Dönemi) ertelenmiştir.
ERASMUS PROGRAMI DEHA’S TIP KONSORSİYUMU HAKKINDA DUYURU METNİ
DEHA’S Tıp Konsorsiyumu kapsamında staj hareketliliği programı başvurusunda bulunan ancak henüz değerlendirme/seçim işlemi gerçekleştirilemeyen adaylarımız hususunda Konsorsiyum Yönetim Kurulu tarafından ayrıca bir duyuru metni yayınlanacaktır.
