Please click here for the results of DEHA'S Medical Consortium Traineeship Mobility placement results, which was postponed to the summer term of the 2020-2021 academic year within the scope of the 2019-2020 academic year applications.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION;
- Our eligible students have the right to withdraw from mobility with a "waiver petition" until the end of the business day on Friday, January 15, 2021.
- No deduction will be made next semester to the Erasmus score of our students who will not benefit from the mobility for various reasons and who gave up their rights with a waiver until January 15, 2021.
- In the event that the student gives up on their right for attending the mobility without a force majeure after the above-mentioned date, a -10 points of deduction will be applied on the Erasmus score of the candidate for the next year's Erasmus program application.
- Students taking the exam have the right to object to the exam results until December 29, 2020, Friday, 5 P.M.
- Students who are on the main list must have received an acceptance letter for the internship place until March 26, 2021.
*The Letter of Acceptance must cover the exact dates in minimum 2 months period on the stationery letterhead of the internship institution. (Example: 01/07/2021 - 01/09/2021)

***Dates of placement must be determined by taking official holidays of the host country into consideration.
An orientation meeting will be held with our eligible students on the processes to be followed after January 15, 2021, which is the deadline for the waiver petition of our eligible students.

Değerli Öğrencilerimiz,
2019-2020 akademik yılı başvuruları kapsamında 2020-2021 akademik yılı yaz dönemine ertelenen DEHA’S Tıp Konsorsiyumu Staj Hareketliliği yerleştirme sonuçları için lütfen tıklayınız.
ÖNEMLİ BİLGİLENDİRMELER;
- Hak kazanan öğrencilerimizin 15 Ocak 2021, Cuma Günü mesai bitimine kadar ‘’feragat dilekçesi’’ ile hareketlilikten vazgeçme hakları saklıdır.
- Hareketlilikten çeşitli nedenler ile faydalanmayacak olup 15 Ocak 2021 tarihine kadar Feragat Dilekçesi ile hakkından vazgeçen öğrencilerimizden bir sonraki dönem Erasmus programı başvurularında herhangi bir puan kesintisi yapılmayacaktır.
- Yukarıda belirtilen tarih sonrasında mücbir bir sebep olmaksızın hareketlilikten vazgeçilmesi halinde adayın bir sonraki yıl Erasmus programı başvurusunda Erasmus puanı üzerinden -10 puan kesinti uygulanacaktır.
- Sınava giren öğrencilerimizin 29 Aralık 2020, Cuma Günü saat 17.00’a kadar sınav sonuçlarına itiraz hakkı saklıdır.
- Asil listede yer alan öğrencilerimizin 26 Mart 2021 Tarihine kadar staj yeri kabul mektubu almış olmaları gerekmektedir.
*Kabul mektubu, staj görülecek kuruma ait antetli kâğıtta minimum 2 ay süreli olacak şekilde açık staj tarihlerini içermelidir. (Örnek: 01/07/2021- 01/09/2021)

***Staj tarihlerinin gidilecek ülkenin resmî tatilleri göz önünde bulundurularak belirlenmesi gerekmektedir.
Hak kazanan öğrencilerimizin feragat dilekçesinin son tarihi olan 15 Ocak 2021 tarihinden sonra hak kazanan öğrencilerimiz ile takip edilecek süreçler hususunda bir oryantasyon toplantısı yapılacaktır.
