Dear Students,
For our students who will attend Erasmus mobility, the issues related to the COVID-19 test fees and the mandatory quarantine expenses are as follows;
Information on Mandatory PCR Test Fees:
In case of mandatory PCR testing in the sending (Turkey) or the host country (destination country within the scope of mobility) or both and the relevant cost for the test is documented, the testing fees will be covered from our project budget.
Information on Accommodation Fees in Case of Mandatory Quarantine:
Individual grant support will be paid to our students only for the quarantine days spent in the host country (where the mobility takes place). Quarantine days on return (in the country of residence) will not be granted.
The certificate of attendance to be obtained from the host institution after the mobility must also include the mandatory quarantine days.
In addition, a cover letter was sent to the Ministry of Health regarding our vaccine prioritization request for our students who will benefit from Erasmus mobility.
An announcement will be made in case of any update on the subject.

Değerli Öğrencilerimiz,
Erasmus hareketliliklerinden faydalanacak öğrencilerimiz için COVID-19 test ücretleri ile zorunlu karantina masraflarının karşılanmasına ilişkin hususlar aşağıdaki gibidir;
Zorunlu PCR Test Ücretleri Hususunda Bilgilendirme:
Gönderen (Türkiye) veya ev sahibi ülkede (Hareketlilik kapsamında gidilecek ülke) ya da her ikisinde de zorunlu olarak PCR testi istenmesi ve ilgili masrafın belgelendirilmesi durumunda test ücretleri proje bütçemizden karşılanacaktır.
Zorunlu Karantina Durumunda Konaklama Ücretleri Hususunda Bilgilendirme:
Sadece ev sahibi (Hareketliliğin gerçekleştiği) ülkede geçirilen karantina günleri için öğrencilerimize bireysel destek hibesi ödenecektir. Dönüşte (İkamet ülkesindeki) karantina günleri hibelendirilmeyecektir.
Hareketlilik sonrasında ev sahibi kuruluştan alınacak katılım sertifikasının zorunlu karantina günlerini de içermesi gerekmektedir.
Ek olarak, Erasmus hareketliliklerinden faydalanacak öğrencilerimiz için aşı önceliklendirme talebimiz hususunda Sağlık Bakanlığı’na bir üst yazı gönderilmiştir.
Konu hususunda herhangi bir gelişme olması durumunda bilgilendirme yapılacaktır.
