Değerli Öğrencilerimiz,
Erasmus Staj Hareketliliği yerleştirme sonuçları aşağıdaki gibidir;
ÖNEMLİ BİLGİLENDİRMELER;
• Hak kazanan öğrencilerimizin 5 Nisan 2019 tarihine kadar ‘’feragat dilekçesi’’ ile hareketlilikten vazgeçme hakları saklıdır.
• Hareketlilikten çeşitli nedenler ile faydalanmayacak olup 5 Nisan 2019 tarihine kadar Feragat Dilekçesi ile hakkından vazgeçen öğrencilerimizden bir sonraki dönem Erasmus programı başvurularında herhangi bir puan kesintisi yapılmayacaktır.
• Yukarıda belirtilen tarih sonrasında mücbir bir sebep olmaksızın hareketlilikten vazgeçilmesi halinde adayın bir sonraki yıl Erasmus programı başvurusunda Erasmus puanı üzerinden -10 puan kesinti uygulanacaktır.
• Hareketlilik kapsamında kullanılacak Kabul/Davet Mektuplarının 17 Mayıs 2019 Cuma gününe kadar Uluslararası Programlar Direktörlüğü’ne elden teslim edilmesi gerekmektedir.
!!! Bu süre içerisinde kabul/davet mektubunu teslim etmeyen adayların yerine yedek listedeki adaylar sırası ile hak kazanmış sayılacaktır.
*** Kabul mektubu, staj görülecek kuruma ait antetli kâğıtta minimum 2 ay süreli olacak şekilde açık staj tarihlerini içermelidir. (Örnek: 01/07/2019- 01/09/2019)
*** İmzalı/mühürlü olmalıdır.
*** Staj tarihlerinin gidilecek ülkenin resmî tatilleri göz önünde bulundurularak belirlenmesi gerekmektedir. (süre toplam minimum 60 gün olmalıdır)
Yerleştirme Sonuçlarının ilan edilmesi ile, hak kazanan öğrencilerimiz ile takip edilecek süreçler hususunda bir oryantasyon toplantısı yapılacak olup, toplantı gün-saat- ve salon bilgisi web sayfamızda duyurulacaktır.

Dear Students,
Erasmus Student Mobility for Traineeship Placement Results as it follows below;
IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS;
• The waiver right of the students who are entitled to join the program is reserved until 5 April, 2019 provided that they apply with a “Waiver Petition”.
• The students who decide to waive their rights with the “Waiver Petition” until 5 April 2019 will not be subject to any points deduction in the next sessions' Erasmus program applications.
• In case the mobility right is waived without a force majeure after the date mentioned above, in the next year's Erasmus program application of the candidate, -10 points will be deducted over the Erasmus score.
• Acceptance / Invitation Letters which are going to be used within the scope of mobility must be delivered to the International Programs Directorate by 17 May 2019, Friday.
!!! Within this period, candidates, who do not submit the Acceptance/ Invitation Letters, will be replaced by candidates on the reserve list respectively.
*** The letter of acceptance must have a letterhead of the host institution and should include open internship dates which have to last minimum 2 months. (Example:01/07/2019-01/09/2019)
*** The letter of acceptance must be signed and sealed.
*** While the internship dates determined, the official holidays of the country must be taken into account. (Duration must be minimum 60 days minimum.)
By the announcement of the Placement Results, an orientation meeting about the processes that need to be followed will be held for the selected students, and the information of day-time-place for meeting will be announced on our website.
